Frequently asked questions.

How fast is my server ready?

Usually within a few minutes of your payment being confirmed. Bitcoin payments wait for network confirmation first, which can take longer.

How does billing work?

You pay one month in advance. Before each renewal we email you an invoice. If it isn't paid, the server is powered off 3 days after the due date and deleted from 14 days after it.

How do I log in to my server?

Over SSH as root. Your IP address and password are on your dashboard. The password is shown only once, so save it somewhere safe and change it after you log in.

Can I reinstall or cancel?

Yes. You can start, stop, restart or reinstall from your dashboard. Cancel any time: your server keeps running until the end of the month you've paid for.
